Despite the commercial status of the Children’s Centre, participants do not to pursue profit making for their own purposes. At the same time, it is the fundamental task of the Participants and the Directorate to create the conditions and possibilities for ensuring the stable, independent financial and economic activity for rendering high-quality sanatorium, health-improving and health-educational services.

 

The main legislative and normative documents on the basis of which the  “Children’s Rehabilitation and Health Improving Centre “Nadezhda” fulfil their work are the following:

  • The law of the Republic of Belarus ‘Regarding the social protection of its citizens that have been affected by the Chernobyl nuclear disaster and other radioactive accidents’.
  • The order of the President of the Republic of Belarus, 28th of August 2006 No 542 ‘ Regarding health-resort treatments and health improvements of the population’.
  • The resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 4th of November 2006 No.1478 ‘ On approval of the concept of  health-resort treatments and health improvements of the population of the Republic of Belarus’.
  • The sanitation norms, rules and hygienic norms ‘Hygienic requirements for the facility, to maintain the activities of a health-resort organisation for children and children with parents established by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, 17th of June 2014 No.67.
  • The general concept of the Children’s Rehabilitation and Health Improving Centre “Nadezhda”, its direction and methods of realization, 2002.
  • The general programme ‘Protection and strengthening health’, of the Children’s Rehabilitation and Health Improving Centre “Nadezhda”, 2004.
  • The general standards of customer service of the Children’s Rehabilitation and Health Improving Centre “Nadezhda”, established by the  directorate, 20.02.2009 No.04.
